I believe that ~Mist~/ Oasis maybe around still. I believe that the reason why he was banned was through a multing tactic that is decribed in the thread above. So he would have multiple multi accounts to manipulate.

One of the officers of ~Mist~ is Soul. This is his ID-

The second account has about 600 UP which is pretty good for an account with 15 men and a commander with 18 men.

I think that Mist is still alive and kicking. What do you think?

Souls officer BamBam also is showing the same characteristics that Soul's account is showing. NO ATTACK TURNS AND LITTLE OR NO OFFENSE!

Well BAM is a well known cheater... I don't know if there's any connection, just throwing it onto the table.

Well, I didn't know that about Bam, but if he is well known then his name could have just been used. You are more than likely correct though.
