Im not exactly a noob..lol..but ive been wondering how exactly do you "buy" ppt off market? do you need to buy the market ss again or sumthing? or will it only appear if i have full ss? ( i only have market rite now)

It doesnt give you the same benfits as buying SS using cash but it will give you PPT.

market ss gives 10% bank bonus but no ingame resources back...
