have searched and read most of the suggestion posts but couldnt find the following suggestion:
Cant the alliance leader simply have the same options for his allaince members as commanders have for their officers?
im
not speaking of allaince tax or up or whatever.
i rather think of
- being able to see members stats
- being able to view intel and attack logs
- being able to declare total war/peace for whole alliance (i know this has been suggested already but its part of my suggestionas as well)
i dont think it would be such a biggy to implement it but the benefit for alliance leaders would be quite good (at least for the alliance leader that care about their alliance)

would be a great help, as would a general ingame leadership group (e.g. a leader and co-leader(s))

yeah, it would really help some alliances with organisation, and so that leaders can keep track of thier members.

Ewww, I soo dislike even spying on me (yes, I'm paranoid
) and this.. *runs and hides*
Well, now, seriously - it may help to alliance leader keep track of their members, activity, stats, etc.. so I'd like to see that in game.

another issue about the alliance leaders screen that might need a fix:
alliance leaders can see someones total power just by inviting him. while this aint be a big problem it might be abused in some ways.

However - it is becoming increasingly common for alliance leaders to delegate in-game alliance responsibility to other alliance members (i.e. I command 2 alliances at the moment - but have delegated in-game leadership to others).
It might not make a huge difference - but members may not want their alliance leader (or delegated in-game leader) to see their stats - nor do I think that the in-game leader actually has a areal need to see them. If they do - then a command structure is the best way to do it. Maybe a command structure for alliances could be built in-game (but that is nother suggestion!).
