Power to the Weak

this idea is not pilled-out yet, so it needs more work, but in general it could get the game more balanced, because i think the lower ranking players should get bunuses, like more naq/turn, stronger weapon power, higher UP, lower prices, more turns (like in Quantum Gate Wars where you get 3 turns/30 min or 6 turn/hour). and the higher ranking players get minuses in thier weapons, prices, etc. but, like i said, this idea needs more work, so your suggestions is most needed

the strong players werent always strong part from people who were here when it started the rest had to work their way up

i was top 100..now im 2500..do i care no!!!!

i think more naq and cheaper weapon prices and more turns wud be fair..but dont agree on the stronger weapons and u.p
and cheaper spy levels up to level 20.cause its hard for weak players to build up that much naq..it was for me..but no problems now :p

my advice is to work hard and create a good account. no free power just because ur ranked realli low. i can see high rankers artificially lowering rank just for these "balancing" benefits

Maybe it could work based on log in time..
I mean maybe the first 24hour of play time you could have an increase rate of production...
But i fought hard to be where I am now... Maybe people should do the same and if they really want to boost there income and untrained unit. They just have to make a donation and they will have it...

yeah becuase the poor always get it easier than others

I got a better idea. Since you care so much about the weak/poor. You can start a charity organization. Instead of reducing costs, and making adjustments to the program, you can simply start giving anyone who asks handouts in naq/turns/UU/mercs(will have to be your officer). It accomplishes the samething, requires no ingame adjustments.
All you have to do is convince people to join/donate to your charity, define who is weak and who is not, and convince people your not a scammer.
Or you can suggest a Charity button. Where anyone below such and such rank and withdraw any resource from a charity bank. The only way resources ever get into the charity bank, is by other players putting it in there. In order to convince Forum the need to this, I would suggest you get your own charity organization up and running smoothly, because the last thing Forum wants to do is program something that will not be used.

agreed...charity button is alot better the original idea. u dun even need a button for charity either. just be extra generous and give out lots of aid to low ranks
