Your alliance in main corasponds to your alliance in ascension. Effectively, if you're in Omega in main you're in Omega in ascension. If you're in Dirty Dozen in main, you're in Dirty Dozen in ascension.

im only start to play ascended now and there was no alliance buttons or anything.

just make sure you include your alliance TAG in your realm name
