you have too much trades in broker...if you have 3 trades of more (something like that) then you can only click decline...and after that you can accept the rest of the trades...
something like this happened me on the other day and i worked

I have 1 trade thats going at the moment, no others.
There is no reason for it.

friend of mine had the same problem a while back, he had just 1 trade open and he couldn't accept it, in the end he declined and when i re-sent the trade to him for exactly the same amount it worked...

It is a bug. This is similar to the one which affected everyone a couple of weeks ago. I wonder if it's back...

Passing what limit?
There is only 1 trade open which I cannot accept.
I also cannot decline as the recipient would have their naq stolen.
