5,506,604,064 Covert&Anti-Covert + 3,220,331,568 Covert&Anti-Covert = 8,726,935,632
That get's split evenly between covert and anti - so
8,726,935,632 / 2 = 4,363,467,816 <--- I don't see anything odd...

I bought soemthing and it works, the covert&and anti doean't split
