Missing Images

The image: http://www.stargatewars.com/pic/r2_menuTop.gif seems to be missing, or else it won't load properly. This image appears on the left hand menu on main as a spacer (between the logout button, and the gametime box, as well as several other places).
The annoying part is that the "cannot load" box that replaces the image is so large, it pushes the Gametime/Rank/Bank box way off the bottom of the screen, and you must scroll considerably to get to your bank.
I wonder if it's a browser issue, or if others are having this problem.
