Quantum Alliance Management

under my management, where it says "A" has asked you to join "alliance name" and the options to Join or Reject, the only problem is that it's blank, there's no player name and no alliance name, I have tried and tried again to reject it but it won't go away..
any help on this problem would be great..

try giving alliance leadership to another member and have them give it back

ah...someone is inviting u to join an alliance. its ur choice to join or not ^_^

it doesn't show who asked and what alliance it is, it's just blank and can't reject or join...!!!
