New planet attack rules

This one sucks.
I have been getting attack planets so I don't have to man ordinary attack forces.
I had been building them for this prime purpose to mass for UUs etc with no damage to weapons or loss of life. Now I find all my hard work undone by this new upgrade! Back to the drawing board yet again. All these changes I think the beta testers should have ironed out these faults first before going live.
First I loose planets because of the defence debacle. I then had lots taken when you were allowed to raid more than one per day. Got the new ugrade and thought there was a nice loophole to exploit and find this closed

it has been changed because somebody ABUSED the new planets beyond abused............took out the top players defense, and has no other stats......that is why this is done, so it is a good update

i see no documentation about any changes anywhere, but ALL my planets are now adding nothing to my stats. I hope this is just a temporary change whilst forum sorts out planets, otherwise i want my god damn naq back that i paid for all the upgrades etc. And all this because Omega got massed...when we all know if it was THEM doing the massing forum wouldn't change anything and they would be gloating all over the boards by now...

Also forum would of changed it if omega was doing the massing and they would be getting banned as well forum doesn't favor anyone in this game he is impartial Omega are just members of this universe they get no speciel treatment.

yea it is unfair. we spent naq in planets thinking "terms" would be different, and they changed after we spent the naq, which is against simplest "concept" of fairness, that rules which were in effect when the thing argued about happened(in our case spending of naq in planets) should be applied in future even after rules were changed. in short, for every matter rules present at the time should be used, not current ones. or, in case of this game, all resources used up in planets refunded or something, or something similar, since applying means mentioned above simply wouldnt be practical
BUT, to get back to the ground, this is a game, and not a fair one...concept of fairness is very very far from all recent updates(for example covert update....)
and this is the one that is amongst lower in the list of unfairness in my eyes - not many have spent hundreds of billions on planets as they have on spy levels(yet close to no one backed my view there, and i believe that update was FAR more unfair), as losses are much smaller.
so bottom line, this game comes with no warranty, and be ready that every bit of naq you invest into something may become worthless over night, get ready that all your uu might be converted into umercs, or find out that amount of naq that uu produce gets halved overnight, that up becomes per week etc(these are only examples, dont get this as "precognition" that any of this might happen - i certainly hope it wont but as game is lately i wouldnt be too surprised)...mostly because of the actons of the few
fairness of updating it like this aside - i think costs of planet strike simply need to be upped by a very large factor - so they would still be an asset for raiding or whatever, but when numbers would get higher - or in other words "free massing" wouldnt be so "free" anymore, unless looking in very very long term - where again possibility of planets being stolen brings back the balance

I don't know why you guys are complaining, the way planets were before were a bit unfair as you can have all attack planets and mass just about anyone without having to pay repair costs or deal with people sabbing the weapons.
I guess Squall would have had a fun time ....

amen to that
also i would add for the sake of "fariness" to all levels of players that the amount of naq that it costs for upgrading goes on army size or income or something like that so it is proportional to all players

and i want my damn naq back if this is permanent as well if possible

I miss it, I had good power

(I mean anticovert)...anyway like in real life, each time sth is

it becomes

cause of multiple factors

I would like to see a game reset. This will correct the loss of naq. Then some sort of change for a permit fix. Like the large cost/upgrade implicated. I don't know if that would work, but it is really unfair all the time/effort/naq put into the planets to just be tossed aside. There has got to be a better way.

i have to say.. this update has been very unfair, not all players abused it, something like makin the cost of gettin more attack shud have been increased. this update clearly undermines the role that the planets had. i mean if someone does mass u w/ planets, then u go steal them and wait for them to get out anything to get massed in return, this update affects raidin as well. i mean it was so much of a relief from frequently having to replace/repair the wep when raidin. it saved a lot of time too, also a small def like say 20mil cud be easliy taken care of w/o much damage. now it isnt possible. and mujo... a ques.. where's ur topic for the cov update?

its perfectly fair...motherships only double ur strike/defense so therefore planets can too. no cheating by uber-motherships and uber-planets only!
