Vacation Mode

I decided I'd had enough of the game yesterday, so I went on a vacation, and I noticed the bold red sign that says it will only work if you've not attacked for 5 days, however, I was still about to go on Vacation.
It didn't seem to pause to check at all.
So as much as I will be beaten up for bringing this to your attention; I'd hate to be accused of bug exploiting, so I'm just giving Admin the heads up.

so it lets u go on vacation mode even if u've attacked in the last five days? and the nuto vixon is leaving the game but staying in forum?

Just to add, I did exactly the same thing. I attacked for the first time in about 2 weeks ironically about three hours prior to going on vacation mode and it worked fine for me also.

I've had two players attack me yesterday and one is on ppt now and the other ppt and vacation mode. This update is obviously not working.

I have noticed quite a number of those who massed me were within a hour on vacation mode

i've run into people. people who think that IU cheat because I'm able to breech their defenses every now and then.

Whatever the sign says, it still doesn't work. You can still go straight from PPT to vacation, and from reading a lot of posts on the subject it seems you can still attack and then go straight onto vacation.

can i add i was testing this out last week and didnt want to go on vacation mode at all but was curious - i had attacked peeps in the last couple of days and it clearly said i shouldnt be able to....
i got no confirmation button (would be handy) either and went straight into vac mode for 48 hours...im just glad i only typed in 2 days
