Glory and reputation is something that gains you admission into the (as yet unavailable but up and coming) ascension server, where pink llamas roam free and lesser spotted warble baskets can be found basquing in the sunshine on the prairies.
You get it by chanting dali dali dali llama over and over again, also getting into the top 100 will help, getting into the top 50 will help more and getting into the top 10 will help considerably.
..also, the dali dali dali thing has not been officially tested yet.
