negative naq and negative miners?

Can happen, if two people attack at the same time the same person, or if an attack happens at the pin point moment that a trade is done, it will go negative, but should go back at next turn.
As for negative miners, can't be done..

Sometimes when I train all my UU, my UU area will state that I have -1 of them left.
Very strange. Its happened about 3 times.

When you untrain/train a big bulk of UU at once, you will lose some of them. I haven't checked the limit amount when it starts doing this, but untraining/training in batches of 15,000 seems to be safe. 50,000 is definitely not safe, the bigger the number the more you lose.
