covert and UP acting weird

well today i noticed my covert had gone down by roughy one bil. so i checked and saw i still had no spy loss and my cov planet had not been attacked
also my up increased without me doing anything with it, can anyone explain this deliama for me?

Well for the covert I believe the planets were set back a bit, to 50% of natural power.
FOr the UP I couldn't say for sure

2 days ago, my cov dropped 2 bil with no planet, or spy change, it has just dropped another bil, this is frustrating.

I know I make XXX amount of Raw UP and then XXX Total from officers plus what I get from my planets but I have noticed I am not even getting what my Raw UP total is daily. Im actaully minus about 2K of what it should be. And I dont have my realm alert set to anything but none so that is not a factor. Anybody else experiencing this? Its been happening to me for atleast a week now. Please somebody fix this!!!

I have had a similar experience with UP. I left it at 3500 exactly in order to ascend easier. It's now 3522, the nearest multiple of 3 is 7, which would make it 3521 anyway. Anyone know what's going on?

Same problem here, my UP planet loses 1 UP every turn.
Update: Seems like they reduce the upgrades? Upgrades now only gain me 1 UP, not 2.

Did u buy a ppt off the market? That would be my first guess as that gives you a up bonus (of whatever it is when u buy ss at the moment, but 22 sounds about right!)
