the first number is your base UP - the stuff that you've paid for yourself. the one in ()'s is the total with what your officers give you. (planets too? or does that go in base? don't think so, but i forget... lol)

UP planets donate to ur raw...no other type of planets do tho ^_^

UP planets donate to your total. I would know, I have 10 of them.

Note that you also get a bonus to your Raw UP if you have no commander, or make yourself your own comander. This bonus adds to the (Total).
