Alpha site not charging 5%

Okay. Sorry if this has come up before but I've scanned back the pages and not seen anyone else comment on it.
It would appear that my alpha site is no longer charging me 5% for putting money in it (not that I'm complaining
). Although the screen still says that it should.
Have tryed taking a mill out and putting it back in and I end up with the same ammount in it. Any ideas?

Judging from your sig, you are ascended. Ascended players don't have the 5% bank fee, so that *could* explain it.

well ive not heard of thet before but it still says in my bank "5% of deposit taken as a transaction cost"

it still says it takes 5% but if you are ascended then it does not charge you

wow i just tested that now and it doesnt charge
this does seem very unfair on other non ascended

It might seem unfair to you, but remember that at one time every player was un-ascended, so had to pay the charge. And that many played for more than six months before ascention came in so had to pay for much longer than an average player would have to pay now.

ooo so ur saying that just because we have had a long time of being unascended b4 we ascended that it is ok because we have had to have it longer than person who starts late
this is a bug cos it says it will take it of wen it actually doesnt and this is unfair cos most ascended players earn alot of naq and if they dont get charged then it is unfair

I agree with your point. But only that it should either take the 5% or that the message is removed.
But god knows, ascention needs a few perks, and saving the bank charge is a small benefit.

The Goa'uld don't have a banking fee! And i'm tryin to remember but i think it still says there is a fee for them... anyway i'd say that's why there isn't a fee for ascended players.
Definately NOT a bug!
