Vacation
You now need to refrain from attacking others for 2 days, and not having used vacation/PPT for 2 days, before you can use the vacation option. This will prevent 'attack and hide' tactics, which many have complained about as it eliminates the ability to strike back.
A request........... for some persons in the military (myself and Pianomutt at least) we might not always know 2 days in advance when were gona be offline for extended periods, would it be possible for us to PM in the fourms an admin/mod, and in such circumstances get the Vac period anyway ?
Im asking cause I could be leaving Iraq anywere from a few weeks to a few months, dont wana get my account caught with its proverbial pants down due to unfortuniate circumstances.

i suport this, our troops dont exactly know when they will be going away so they should be able to go on vacation whenever

This whole not attack before vacation mode is stupid anyways. It doesn't allow for emergencies, or for our troops.

This is a terrible update that really punishes a lot of players (not just the military). It should go back to the way it used to be!!!!

you should be able to go on vac ASAP. aslong as no massing has been done. say 15 attacks on one person max.
it will allow people with less time to plan, a chance to go on vac and not get home to a non existant account.
I FEEL FOR YOU SOLDIER BOYS!! my dad went to iraq wen the war first started

Or how about changing it so that anyone you have attacked in the last 24 hours has a window of opportunity where they can hit you for a certain amount of time even though you have retreated onto vacation.

then there is the time dif thing not everyone is on at the right time
it has to be this way because massers were abusing it

not being able to go on vac if you have attacked in past 1 or 2 days will stop the mass and hide, tactics, but wont help real emergencies, so why not make it so you cant attack for 1 or 2 days AFTER going on vac and coming back to your account?
or of course extending the minimum time limit on vac mode to 3 or 4 days, maybe people will stop using vac so much if it takes that long to get the account back.

i believe tha stopping the attack and hide is more important then helping people with emergencys see either way there will be sacrifice

if that is true, get rid of vac altogether....
for emergencies with 5 minute notice, you couldnt possibly have known not to attack anyone for 1 or 2 days.
so punish those with real emergencies because some people are abusing it?

as i said either way there are sacrifices
if it goes back to how it was before people will be able to destroy innocent accounts without taking any damage
this way the people who actually use it for what its meant to be for cant and they could take lots of damage
i just think that cheaters could destroy msot accounts easily without damage

My opinion is that you are hurting far more people than you are protecting with this update.
