You can't purchase 1/2 of SS.
You must pick up 1/2 SS in a multiple of 2 for it to do anything.
I think that was related to your question.

You have market SS once you buy it, it doesnt go away. ITcosts 2 of the goods packages (choose the goods package, and then choose 2 under multiple)
