Super Soldier Guards 89,000 Naquadah
What is the diffrent (beside price)

simple to get super soldiers you need to have a jaffa guard then train them into super soldiers
the supers are stronger and less die

Super gaurds do 2x as much damage and are 150% stronger/harder to kill.

And given the price of uu's on the market (350,000 per uu) it is often worth the upgrade...

Jaffa = 5
Super Soldier = 10
Attack Merc = 5
But you cant untrain supers. So I go with Attack Mercs. Good meat shields. Plus not very expencive and is the same as a Jaffa but you can save your jaffas for other things like Covert and Stuff.

Its best to have supers as they boost your attack/defence stats up more than the basic troops.
also good to have mercs as they die aswell which means less of your supers die.
