HMM STRIP Slashes

through out my php learning i found out you can strip the slashes so pms dont come up as i\'ll when it should come up as i'll

Could we perhaps allow HTML formatting? I wouldn't embed a 400MB file I swear

Allowing HTML is a great security risk.

well are you going to do it. its bothering the heck out of me when i get messages with slashes in them its like reading another language

I actually like typing like this.....It is a nice break from having to punctuate everything.....Heh hehe....Silly innershpere scum....Ditch the contractions and you will be h.a.pp.y....

If it is truly as simple as you suggest, and if it is safe from a security standpoint, it would be a nice update. For, while I don't mind typing like that; I’m sick of getting messages that were illiterate and inane to begin with, only to be spawned into some monstrosity by odd symbols and strange spacing.
