Vacation mode delay not working

So I'm going on vacation for two days, and I figured that I'd go on vacation mode because I've already used both of my PPTs, and my defense isn't rebuilt. Well just before I went on vacation mode I got a few targets to mass. I had no plans to attack anyone, but when I got the targets I didn't think of vac mode. Mass away, went to go on vac mode, read the little red warning while I clicked. It still put me into vac mode. So 5 minutes after massing someone I'm on vac mode. The update was put into place to stop this very thing from happening. It needs fixing.

I am shocked to see it is still not working. EIther it needs to be fixed or scrapped!!!!!!!!!

I'm feeling really crapy now because the two people I massed don't have a chance to take a pot shot at me.
