Scammer and a cheater - "The Doctor", 17321

This account has refused to pay goods, is a rather low rank, has 4k turns and when I gave him the UU it disappeared. Can you sort this out please? His current name is "The Doctor"

Might be a scammer but scamming isn't a cheat.. Ever thought he might've sent it somewhere else?

Yes, but who is he sending it to? If he is selling 'unpurchased goods' to someone, surely thats cheating. The chances are he is sending it to another one of his accounts.
