Btw just as a note, scamming is not cheating. There is a difference. (Although it is highly unethical and in many cases illegal in real life.)

Hes a multi thats hy the thread is here , he scams with accounts suchas lyle and the doctor and sends to his main account.

Stevens said he "cheated" by scamming him

persistent scamming can get you banned though - it is illegal/unethical/unasked for/questionable/disrespectful/dangerous/etc...
especially when real $ are promised/involved -that taints the reputation of the game. ingame goods are less tainting since htey do not involve a 3rd party.
think of it this way: we are a store. we have a parking lot. deals are made in the parking lot.....if someone in the parking lot is scamming others - well - the store cannot do anything, since they don't own the parking lot, just the store.
but - they can tell the rent-a-cop company that manages the parking lot, that person xyz, picture provided, is not welcome there, as they are annoying many customers on their way into/out of the store.

will the rent-a-cop refund a 'bad deal' in the parking lot? no.
will they stop the offender from coming around again? yes.

that's my analogy on scamming on the black market.

great analogy really puts things into perspective, i can just see somebody with a rug rolled out having naq, turns, and uu on it
