Can we get a new login code box? To be honest, the new one hurts my eyes after being on the computer 22 hours a day, to check SGW and see that horrible color combination.

actually, i know why it's there. The pictures are no longer a file you can save. This will help keep scripters away.

True, but that's not what they're complaining about. They're complaining about the colour...

this is a compromise.
some 'image readers' can read images - some better than others...
sign up for a new hotmail account - look at their codes... I have to guess at 1/2 the letters and often cannot make out anything... i do NOT want to do that.
but - i have to make it at least so that only good image readers can get the #s ... so text and background that are close in color is the compromise... humans can see it - most programs cannot.
i may relax it a bit - maybe another color - but still where the text and background are close....

and - has anyone tried to use the mail to get PIN to use cellphone/PDA? does this solve the access issue on that front?

If at all possible a bit more contrast would go a long way.

On my laptop screen, I can barely make out the numbers. Most I can figure out by shape, but the 5s and 3s are really similar. I'd hate to get a number like 555 and have to try 333, 335, 353, etc.

EDIT: I love the fact that the bank code is now the first box...so that you can press enter when all the login info is there, and have it submit. (Just like the old days).

I did... when i try to login i cant see the pin number, so i had to use it and it works.

Im gonna go blind before I'm 20 if I have to strain to see the numbers anymore.

Dear god, when i saw the update i thought "Hey, a nice useful update that finally won't get people complaining"

Obviously, i was wrong. I have appauling eyesight, and i didn't even need to put my glasses on to see it from a fair distance from my screen. It's not like he's taken miners away. It'll take less than a minute to log in. Get over it and care about the actual game.

But yeah, nice update.

I don't see any problems, the only thing that was even remotely baffling was that the box is at the beginning of the login sequence and not at the end. The novelty wore off after one login.

No problems whatsoever.

I don't know what you did the the new image code... but it doesn't work on my internet explorer... its a windows xp with ie... there is no reason why i shouldn't be able to see the image anymore... this is lame...



i take it back... i can see it... if i press my head against the monitor and squint... stil uber lame

On my computer screen (laptop) I have a very hard time reading the code

Please add some contrast!

As for e-mailing the code, that adds another step to the login proccess

Personally I think we're moving in the wrong direction on the scale of Useability vs. easy scripting
