How many covert opperatives would I need...

to have a natural value of 11,664,877,248, If I have a covert level of 23, both covert enhancements, and am a Goa'uld?

Just a guess, if I calculate it backward with your stats, you should need about 86K.
Edit: Now I'm depressed. Asgards seems to have the lowest percentage in techs other than defense. Lowest in covert/anti-covert (Asgard 1.62, Goa'uld around 6.48, Tauri around 10.4, pretty sure Repli would be even higher), lowest in merc (Asgard 55%, Tauri 75%)... And people gripe about holos, never mentioning Goa'uld zombie tech

Indeed, it should be a simple matter to divide your current cover by your spies, to figure out the tech %.
Then just plug in the formula.
