Before I name a name here, I'd like to make sure this is not possible on the quantum server without cheating. Not counting miners and uu someone has a regular trained army size of 33,033 (spies, regulars, and supers) and a merc count of 192,409. Now, I can see how this could be done, by training ALL your units and then buying up the max number of mercs, then untraining most of your units. The question is, isn't that cheating? By doing this you are obviously taking advantage of a loop-hole. I'd like an official answer before submiting the name.

well...there's always the possibility that they sold off a good portion of their army for naq. Or perhaps the mercs are untrained mercs, which you can have an unlimited number.

I wouldn't say this person is cheating right away.

Yes, I had already considered that, but the thing is this person has zero offensive or defensive trained units which are untrainable now, so I tend to doubt they at one point they had enough to warrant that many mercs, or over 200,000 more trained spies. I mean, this person would have had to have ... what 250,000 trained units at some point (perhaps only 200,000... I forget what the max merc percentage is), and now only has just over 30,000? That seems highly unlikely unless it was done solely with the intent to cheat the system.

Oh, and they are all trained mercs, none are untrained.

Yes, but can they buy merc control levels all the way to 582%? Mine stops at... 75%? Somewhere around there. Definately nowhere near 582%
