Not tru actually, how is one ment to buy an account without having access to 2 accounts? If it were illegal then there wouldnt be a forum especially for it.

To buy an account you must FIRST delete your own account before you have access to a new account.... Having control of Two or more accounts IS multying whether you bought the account or not it is still Multying.....

like ive stated, i do not have the account information, and he will probly bounce it all to me himself if he can find the time. by skeleton, i ment an unused account.

Your skeleton account meaning you have one of your own unused? Which would enter under the multi clause.. Or is it a misunderstanding?

i am makeing arrangements for him to give me the items, i know him in real life, his name is daniel shmidt, he is going to have to bounce the resources off of one of my alliance mates to get it to me due to that fact we cannot trade beacuse the school computers we use have the same IP adress.
