Dear Reader,
i feel rather nostalgic today and want to reform an old habit that was really much fun for me. Its quite simple, if i see here topics of you that could be answered bye an simple short search via the magical search button or bye reading the stickies ( its possibel to do that really) i will see if my spies cant get a bit action.

You know i will even get myself level 27 so that it is easier for those lazy spies,

so have fun,

why would you need a lvl 27 covert to sabb noobs who probably only have 20 defense weapons and 10 attack clones...and wondering why nothing works

I'm with Starry on this. The "search" button is crap half the time.

Ive never found it to be very useful, just manually searching thru old threads is the best way to do it, and even then some peoples titles dont tell what's really inside the thread.

And starry how many times you gona change your freaking name?!!? lol

I've only changed it twice on this forum...

agreed, like for instance pookie's calc was offline, so I tried to find the thread with seijuro hiko's... and it's impossible...><

people name their titles "question" or "please anwer" which aren't very specific in my opinion

i think you misunderstand some things:

1. You can find something with the search button if you know how to search intelligently.

2. No noob will read this anyway, and the chance for that wouldbe even lower if it would be stickied,

its only for my fun because i feel nostaligic

The seach button is hallowed, not just in name, but in action.
It works if you will but use it.

I put calc and calculator in the search thingy and all it showed wat:

Suggestions:
Make sure all words are spelled correctly.
Try different keywords.
Try more general keywords.
Try fewer keywords.

not dificult to find, simple use intelligent keywords and then read the headings of the topics found. ´the first topic opened provided me with the result i wanted, two different calculators.

I'm with Flavar and the King on this. For the sake of small puppies and nOObs everywhere I post this link to a past explaination I gave on using the search function.

There was a warning on here from a mod to not revive old thread with nothing new to add, so please keep that in mind when/after reading.

If you don't like the "calc" search, go to the search page and type in "Spacey" and "Search"(which should look like what is in the asterisks exactly(or very similar) *Spacey and search*) in the 'Search for Keywords' place. If you click on the 'lifers' thread you will come to the link posted above. I hope there aren't any further problems using the search function.
