Hang on 23mins

Every turn (or so it seems) at 23mins the server seems to hang, taking ages to respond to anything, page loads etc. I've tried closing, and re-opening, but again, i'm stuck for a few mins...
Could it be all those auto-bankers?

I experience the same problem. It isn't every turn, but many times the server freezes after a turn...and unfreezes at 23 minutes left. Sometimes it also happens for 2 minutes at 17 minutes left on the tick. (Only notice such things while raiding).
