while i was talking to Bill about a person who stole a planet then jumped on ppt.(low) why not give us an option to buy someone out of ppt. to make it fare make it very costly to remove them off ppt.

It would open up the game to more wars, sabbings, massings, or just really good pay back.

I vote no, because I hold on tight to those [very] scattered moment of total peace that are PPTs

i dont think the asgard would take a bribe to knock someone off ppt


its a good idea for a good reason but some people need ppt's to get away from big bad omegan and others allowing someone to remove another player from ppt using naq/uu/or turns would simple increase the power these super alliances have over the rest of us

yes, but it would make sitting on dyneasty sooooooooo much easier......

while the idea itself will never get through i agree that there need to be done something about the ppts. maybe changing the value to a 5 trade multiple whenever you wanna buy ppt AFTER you bought the market ppt initially for 2 trades.

this way ppt will get way more exspensive -and noobs can stillb uy market SS for small naq!

I vote no.

People use PPTs to generate large quantities of naq at a time. If the PPT can be removed, then that was just made pointless. PPT also allows someone to take a 2 day break. This can be helpfull if they are going to be real busy for a day or two.

If someone pays actualy cash to go on PPT or buy SS that puts them on PPT, they will be very unhappy if someone simply spent ingame resources to have it removed.

Don't be silly - some people pay real money for their PPTs, so it is hardly fair. besides - they have to come out of PPT some time - so just get them then. Smash them up (or get someone else to) if your planet is no longer there.

Sounds like a fun idea. Make it something like $50 to remove it, but allow the option of spreading the cost out between as many people. And no market option for this. Cold hard cash only.

Why have ppt in thsi game anyway.. I think tht someone should buy market status for the first time and get PPT yes.. but more than once no.. they still get the bank boost so thats a reason to buy it..

But PPT annoys me so much

hmm I don't think the idea of a ppt is bad. since it helps you rebuild after you got massed (never used it like that though.) or you can have an 8 day ppt when you're off to vacation and have a friend activate your ppt once every 2 days. (I actually managed 12 days in a row once, that was funny.).
But i think this needs to get limited with a number during a whole month. Like 3-4. (now it's about 8-ish)

it originally served to protect a RL money donator's reward b4 they logged on. thus it wouldn't get stolen if they couldn't get online. honestly, anti-ppt sounds dumb but intriging...

maybe is forum didnt let people go on ppt for such a long time because people can stay on it for ages(and im not talknig about vacation mode) limit the ppt further like 1 a week or 2 a month

I vote no because PPTs are used for so many useful things: rebuilding, get out for the weekend, getting some nice long sleep (especially if you're someone with 400mil/turn income), just to mention a few and yes there are drawbacks to PPT, but that person will have to get off PPT someday so you can still attack them if you feel strongly about it.
