The ascended and main r tied together, the vacation mode is gonna be tied together, so why ppl have diferent names? I suggest ppl shiukd have same names on both servers

*since the descencion comes... and some1 wants to descend me, I would really liked to know who it was mainly on main

please I want to hear ur opinion

they shouldnt be tied, i prefer it to be a seperate game, some people dont have the time to play both servers so only ascend for the 30% living god bonus like i am doing. I dont have time to play ascended much.

Personally, my name is different on ascended, and I'll leave it as such as long as I'm able, but it really shouldn't be allowed.

One other problem I'm curious about, one of my friends changed his ascended name to "Nova" and afterwards looked in Main and there is a non-ascended player named Nova there...

So what happens when that Nova ascends?

Owch. I'd read the Descension update proposals and join Tok'ra's camp as fast as possible.

I also dont like the idea of descecion, but its coming, and if its coming, then I would like to see same names in both servers, if everything gets tied, names should also be tied

I do vote for having different names BUT give a link it to the main ID - as said in the battle logs: "Will Ston take on Ston on the physical plane?!"

Anyone ever thought of having multies in ascension?

If we go by the actually show, in Stargate, Daniels name as an Ascended being was Aram. So, by that logic our name should be different, but as this isn't really too technically based on the show, I like having the same names. That way there is no hiding.

The names should be the same..for the simple reason no one wants to descend the wrong person..but more importantly a disturbing new situation has entered game play. Buying/ exchanging and playing ascended accounts NOT LINKED to the person's OWN main account.

There are various topics on this - and the general rule is that an account SHOULD NOT be sold without it's associated main/ascended account.

I think that ascended and main should have the same name or, at the very least, a tag in each server with your other account's name. Now I realize that it is a lot easier for me to say because I have a powerful account in both servers. But frankly, I would want my main and ascended accounts to have the same name so that they DON'T get massed accidentally. But that's just me!

Says the person whom had different names for quite sometime and whos forum name is not his ingame name

But i agree i would like to know who is who on both servers... I mean imagine if EtL changed his name in ascension to Fremen and omega decided to mass their leader on accident :p Sorry that was the only funny example i could think of

i have a same name in each server cause it is my mark and anyone that really wants to hurt me that bad can find me in another server as sick and wrong as it goes this happends i relly prefer to have the same name in all servers because i get to keep my popularity in sted of who are u it is oh hey my man. and all thos sick and twisted crossserver @ss holes can kiss my @ss!
