Sending different amount of troops into battle

Why cat we choose to send the amount of troops and what weapons they take and if we send our mothership depending on the intelligence gathered.

No it doesn't - it means that those who have a powerful account must be more selective in their targets and therefore cannot get aware with simply farming smnaller accounts (which would happen if this troop mod was implemented) because it isn't worth while.
As it stands, powerful players will not atatck weaker players because it is not cost effective. If this suggestion is brought in - it means it will become cost effective for strong accounts to attack weak accounts for naq - that is just strengthening the stronger accounts.

as it stands i dont like to attack high ranked players because you lose thousands tens of thousands

he attacks you for what seems like a low amount compared to what he could get but because of this update it does'nt effect him he orders his troops into battle just enough to beat your defence does'nt take much losses
then replijake goes off to attack juan for 300billion (when juans defence was 350bil) takes all the naq and massive damages but the high amount of naq taken makes up for that
with this idea repli gets the best of both worlds he can farm anyone he wants to whilst controling his losses
you'd all be moaning to high heaven once this update was inplace
as i said used repli as an example dunno his real stike

actually thats a very good point not about the naq taking but it would make it easyer for them to mass people without taking much damage
