well, I started buying some merc untained units to get a better income and I noticed that I only gain around 2 naq for each one of them

checked the help and saw that each UU is supposed to give 20 naq per turn so I was wondering:
is it a bug? or does mercs uu give you less than the real UU

asfar as i know merc UU give u nothing
