how do i trade 1k G&Rpoints on the market and G&R

on the ingame market it says "This market CAN provide "full Supporter Status" in exchange for 1000 Glory and Reputation points. The option is only available once. (Ascending also provides full supporter status)" so how do i trade that on them market will a button just come up so if any1 can answer that it would b helpful and also
what rank do u have 2 b 2 get more then 1 G&R point a turn?

To get G&R you must get in range;
top 2% for 1pt/turn
top 0.15% for 5pt/turn
1st Ranked for 10 per turn
For trading G&R for FSS I believe when you have them there is an option of giving the G&R (in the slide menu).
EDIT:Corrected % for 5pt/turn, my bad

Take total ranked players (Bottom of rank page) & multiply it by either 0.02 or 0.0015

but u can easily get 1k gr but getting into the 800rank or so.
