Names very close together, and IDs not too far apart either. In the same alliance, so I think the top 1 is using the bottom 2 to fund himself.
Another suspect is this guy

All in the same alliance, bottom 3 are inactive accounts for generating naq, and I reckon top 1 is takin naq out of alliance for himself. Very sneaky, very clever, very much against the rules (if they are all 1 person)
