What does mean "teh"?

Usually it means that teh person has simply typed too quickly and not proof read what they have written.

Aye, 'teh' is more AOL kiddie lingo/lazyness than leet.
Still, sometimes you just can't get the point across with teh normal spelling. Use it for emphasis on teh word.
