Smoosh's Ascension Guide.

Well I've had quite a few people asking me as of late what different things in ascended do and how they work etc so I thought I'd write a bit of a guide to the server.
Ascension for beginners
Realm Screen:
This screen is the equivalent of the Command Centre in main. Not everything on this page is listed here as it is more relevant to discus on further pages.
Income: Income is determined by your number of resource producing planets. The amount each planet produces is raised by your Production Enhancments. This feature can be upgraded on your Power Up screen.
Cosmic Exploration Rate: This is the equivalent of Total Unit Production (UP) on main. It is determined by your Cosmic Exploration Fleets (can be increased on your Cosmic Development screen.) Your Cosmic Exploration Rate is raised by your Charisma Rating. This feature can be upgraded on your Power Up screen.
Military Capacity: This is the equivalent of your Military Effectiveness on main. It tells you what your different stats are and what they are ranked.
Offensive and Defensive power are determined by how many attack and defence or massed planets systems (like super soldiers in main) you have and the power of your weapons. These stats can be raised further by increasing your Physical Realm Attack Power and your Physical Realm Defence Strength respectively. These features can be upgraded on your Power Up screen.
Covert Capacity and Assassin Power are determined by the number of Covert and Assassin planets you have. These stats can be raised further by increasing your Physical Realm Covert Capacity and your Physical Realm Assassin Prowess. These features can be upgraded on your Power Up screen.
Influence Power: This is determined by your total number of planets. This stat can be raised further by increasing your Outward Charisma. This feature can be upgraded on your Power Up screen.
Introspection Screen:
This screen sets out the details of your ascended self.
Ascended Life Force: This figure shows you how much Life Force you currently have and what your maximum is. Your maximum can be upgraded on the Power Up screen with the Maximum Natural Energy Capacity function.
Ascended Life Force Recovery Rate Per Turn: This figure shows you how fast your life force will increase up UNTIL your Maximum Life Force is reached. This figure can be increased by rasing both your Maximum Natural Energy Capacity and your Energy Flow levels on the Power Up screen.
Growth Rate Per Turn While at Maximum: This figure shows you how fast your life force will increase AFTER your Maximum Life Force has been reached. It is much slower than your Recovery Rate. This figure can be increased by rasing both your Maximum Natural Energy Capacity and your Energy Channeling levels on the Power Up screen.
Power Up Screen:
Most of this page has been previously explained however there are some things left. Up the top there is a display of how much Life Force you have available to spend. Keep in mind this figure can not drop below 500. The first 6 Personal Abilities serve no function at this time.
Convert Your Life Force into physical currency: This feature is very useful in the early stages of ascension. In the early stages Life Force is gained a lot quicker than Dark Matter Units. These Dark Matter Units can be used to buy Cosmic Exploration Fleets, train units or buy weapons.
Convert physical currency into Life Force: Once you have been an ascended being for a while, this feature becomes very useful. Power Up levels very quickly exceed your maximum Life Force and using Channeling alone can take a long time. Use this feature to get Life Force quickly.
Convert Your Ascended Power Points into Life Force: This feature is used only after you ascend and any subsequent re-ascensions. It is however very important. Just before you ascend from main the game tells you how many of these points you have, these are converted directly into life force after every ascension.
Cosmic Development Screen:
Similar to the Training screen in main. Here you can train new units, untrain them again and upgrade your number of Fleets (equivalent of unit production.)
Planetary Fleets Screen:
Similar to the Armoury screen from main. Both Offensive and Defensive weapons are purchased here and they require you to have planets trained on the Cosmic Development Screen.
The Cosmos Screen:
Similar to the attack screen in main. The main difference being that you need a much higher percentage of covert to even see how many resources a player has.
Historic Battles Screen:
Similar to the attack log screen from main. Displays a detailed list of recent battle activity.
Histories of Deceipt Screen:
Similar to the intelligence screen in main. Displays a recent list of covert and assassin activity.
Cosmic Trade Screen:
Has not been implemented yet.
Command Star Screen:
Your Command Star is the equivalent of the mothership on main. Works in exactly the same way.
Glossary of Terms and abreviations:
DMU: Dark Matter Units – The major form of currency on the ascended server.
(add more as they come.)
