Having a commader when you are leader

I find this update stupid, why cant leaders even make themselves their commander??
Leaders should unless be able to make themselves their own commander

I don't really mind - but the theory behind not having a commander outside of an alliance is sound as you are meant to be a leader - not a follower - having said that, Targa is in-game leader of the EPA, but not the overall leader - so I suppose the current rule is penalising him.
So I change and agree with hidden.

I think if you leave allaicne, amek youreself a comander then join as leader again, it solves the problem.

Yeah I'm the leader and my own commander, I just make someone else the leader and then become my own commander, then I get them to make me the leader again. You can become leader after being a commander but not a commander while being leader.

i think you should be your own commander, but shouldnt be able to have anyone else as yor commander...
