What changes every time the quantum surver resets? Like is it just every one is even again or do the rule change slitly or is the race that everyone is randomised?

Does it count as two accounts if you have one in the regular game and another in the Quantum game?

nope it doesn't count as multiaccounting. About the reset... we have about 2 months. Then everything will go back to zero. You can keep your commander and officers, but everything else is zero. It's intense.
