turn/income incorrect

My only officer left me today ( 6 turns ago at this time ) and my income is stil l 30% less ( if i get 70 naq with the officer on 30% i have to get 100 naq if i have no officers )
I have changed my realm allert to crit and back to normal ( this usaly makes the income counter reset ) but this did not do the trick this time.
Anyone have sugestions ? ( yes i wil mail Jason if the problem persists , its just i dont want to bother him unless there is no other way )
