Apologies, covered my ass by putting the words 'might find' though, so much for being a forum smartass eh. There are no uses for them, never really has been other than an intermediate between attacking and defending mercenaries. They're good for absolutely nothing more than dieing.

But they dont die, I had 100 Untrianed mercs for a year.. they survived COUNTLESS massings attacks raids etc.. They do sweet *** ALL for all I can see..

I mean whats the bloody point of having units that do NOTHING then only thing I could see for them is if you had like 10 million of them and you sold them all back but you cant even do that cos you can only sell 999 at a time...

So again can someone tell me why they are still here since they do not add to my army size, they do not get me more naq, they can not be trained...

I mean thats like the US army hiring average joe soaps and sending them into Iraq or somewhere worse..

Easy man, put it in the microwave on the grill setting for one minute and thirteen seconds. Allow it to simmer, but not boil. Once it turns slightly aubergine coloured, simply remove the energy as required.

You can buy untrained mercs, and send them to your officers so they can sell them. If you don't have ss mercs are the only way to give naq to your officers.

Other than that, untrained mercs have no purpose.
