these players have so similar names that they almost have to be multies...

If those 3 officers are all inactive, then they are probably all multis. The names suggest one person changed all of them to the same thing.

none of those officers had any defense... and they are in posession of at least several days worth of UU, which no active player would leave out...

they are developed enough to make one doubt their being multies, but, if they are not, why do they all have similar names, and no defenses?
