I dont believe decension has been launched, therefore, I would assume this is ascended vacation mode stripping half your bonus away.

Why are their only AJNA's with that title? Can't find anyone with Ori, Indu or Tolah with that think.

There are a few others in main that have dormant and are not in vac on ascension that I'am aware of.
