quick raiding question

i am goa`uld, and i was wondering;
which units can be raid from realms of REPLICATORS and TAURI ? For other two i know, but these i can`t quite figure it out ...

uu can be stolen from anyone, tauri-soldiers repli-units

Anyone can raid UU..from any race...but um...shouldnt' that be in the Help guide?

I don't think his question was whether or not he 'could', but rather (as GAT-X207 posted) what to look for.
