I need some windows/firefox help

I am tring to copy a screen shot from a firefax page. I tried hitting the print screen button and pasting it into note pad. It doesn't give the paste option highlighted. If I go to print preview I see the whole page, but no option to save. What am I doing wrong? I'm using a dell BTW

Erm... 'note pad'?
I didn't think it supported pictures?

windows XP has paint , you could use it or use words

and u could use paint to shrink your avy to 200x200 size max too
