where are my turns?

hi. this may a dumb question but i have to ask. beforeI ascend i had something more than 3000 turns. I ascended and now have only 378.
is that normal?

yes i did, but the previous time i had ascended i don't remember loosing them

when you ascend, you are intended to lose them, I would assume that during your last ascension there was an issue that resulted in turns staying that has since been resolved.

when u ascend you get like 100 turns or something, maybe youn had 100 before u ascended and thought you kept the turns, but you always loose your turns when ascending
