Selling planet defenses

You should be able to sell a planets defenses for a portion of what you paid for the defenses, much like you can sell attack and defense weapons. This way, if you know you planet is going to be stolen and your out of PPTs or whatnot, at least you can make some naq from selling your planets defenses.

i like this could also be used if you wanted to protect a planet until you can let a friend take it or something.

it should only be a flat rate for like 5 mill per defence because if it were higher you could make naq from selling and buying planet defences.

i suggest it would not return any money at all; like with untraining units is atm. you do get the defenses removed (as i'd like to see too), but you don't get anything in return :)

yes, but in that case, the planets must be of equal size (or else there's a profit/cheating factor). if the target planet is bigger, only a portion of the defenses should be moved, and not all (since otherwise you build defenses cheaper than you should have).

I'm okay with selling off planet defenses as long as you get nothing in return for them, the same as when you untrain units. It might make giving away a planet a little easier if you've had it for a while and put significant defense on it. That would allow a friend to take it from you without having to mass down the planet's defense.

Ballabird - why are you bumping old posts? Unless there is anything further to add to this post I will lock the suggestion.

I dont think nothing in return is very fair, you should get something.

And this is a very good suggestion.

I dont think selling defenses would be good, would be open to abuse when trading planets.

But the ability to transfer to a same size planet (as mentioned by someone else) would be good.
