HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A PLANETS ATTRIBUTES TO AFFECT YOU

and i was looking under planetary defences

700 million/day is around 14 million per turn.
Interesting that when you lost your 160 million/day planet your income dropped by 6 million per turn - should've only been about 3 million less per turn.
And your income can vary greatly depending on what % your commander has set to give officers, his/her realm alert level and your realm alert level, and also Nox insurance.

Also, idk if this is right but I remember admin reading somewhere that each planet adds a lil random bit of power to everything, very tiny but for an income that small it mite affect it.
