Up bonus for your commander Ascending ????

I dont know if im posting this in the correct spot but I had an up bonus for half a day or so when my commander ascended and disappeared when I joined back it was 10% of my raw up What happend a bug or did it do what it supposed to do?

having no commander gives you a 10% bonus to income and 10% bonus to your up (based on raw)
