Officer/ CO relation thing

...I noticed along time ago that it is better to be a CO then officer
for example...
As a CO
u get a double edge bonus what do i mean i mean by this
if u set ur self CO and have officers u get the 20% UP bonus AND a Additional % from your CO
If u dont have a CO and still have officers u get the 10% income AND 10% UP and whatever from your officers
Now for Officers ...u just get the income from CO...
...my question is why is this?

Because for officers, the extra naq from a CO can be a lot more than what they make themselves. Say you could choose to have 20% added to your tiny UP, or you could get a naq bonus that's 10 times your own income, which do you choose?
Everyone can get a bonus for having officers.
Everyone can choose wether they want the extra naq from a commander, or either one of the lone wolf bonuses. It's just a matter of which seems more beneficial to you.

it can also be a case of loyalty.
i'd be better off ingame if i went solo. as i'd get +1000/2000 UP
but as a sign of loyalty to my commander, i am their officer.
i leave not for my own benefit, but stay for theirs.

I have an officer right now because he is my friend.
I like helping him out, and he helps me out. I think of it less that he is my officer, and more that we are a team

well, if you have an officer loop, where you are someone officer and they are your officer's officer that can play into the bonuses. Plus the key thing with having officers is being able to see there attack logs and intel logs.

looped bonuses don't work
